AMC Process

Pre-Visit Preparation

Before commencing the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) work at the site, we create a dedicated WhatsApp group involving all relevant stakeholders. This group ensures seamless communication and real-time updates throughout the process.

Site Visit and Hourly Updates

Once the team arrives at the site, regular updates are shared in the WhatsApp group on an hourly basis. These updates include:

● Task progress.
● Any observations or challenges.
● Key milestones achieved.

Completion and Handover

The entire process is completed within the agreed-upon timeline. A final update is shared in the WhatsApp group, summarizing the work completed and ensuring client satisfaction.
